how to compile BSIM model given in h**p://www-device.eecs.berkeley.edu/~bsim3/get.html
they have given C and Header files..
has anyone compiled those....
 

you can compile it with gcc, there are make file ,you can use make command to build it.
 

can we compile at hspice or other simulator...
if u can try it pls let me know the steps in readme text file..
 

Same problem. I am trying to compile BSIM in Nanotime. Where do i get the model file? I have the one in '.c' and '.h' format. but i guess thats not compilable.

I know this was long before, but plz let me know if you still can help.
