Ansoft Designer 3 Planar EM and HFSS

Guys,
For somebody looking into printed circuit board antenna only, what would be the best choice (in terms of performance, accuracy results and cost) between Desinger 3 (Planar EM) and HFSS.

initial designing u can do with ansoft designer..but if u want to see the effect of cavities around it due to side and upper walls and effect of connectors and tranmission lines nearby u can re simulate it in HFSS


otherwise designer is good enough
 

It is better to use 2.5D simulator for planar circuits with consideration on the accuracy and simulation time.
