Anyone has experience with 89C51RD2-CM?

Dear all,

I normally used AT89C51RD2-UM. However, recently, my Chinesee friend sent me some items with a little bit different in part number 89C51RD2-CM. In my option, two kind of ICs is the same but I can not download firmware to 89C51RD2-CM as usual. Any one have experience with 89C51RD2-CM ? plz help.
