I want to know ,how to draw the following circuit ,the complete circuit,
that includes ,inputs and outputs,
and the complete draw of the transistors,
and explanations ,how it works.

and in your like that figure is given that is correct and u can get more ciruits in datasheets of not gate ic.

im not sure what it is that you actually need, but i think you are looking for the actual circuit of a ttl nand gate. you can find this in "Microelectronic Circuits 4th edition" by Sedra and Smith. You can try google as well. Try out

u need to design the inverter circuit diagram? it ir right?

that can be done if u understand for only one inverter working.

u design the circuit by using the Orcad Pspice. That useful software to investigate the charateristic of the inverter
