what is relation of DFT with Fourier series cofficients ?

see in any DSP book. It is well explained fact.

The DFT is carried out on a time limited sequence of samples.

If I remember well the DFT result is the same as the coefficent of the fourier series of the periodic analog signal obtained from the repetition of the siggnal portion used for the DFT

i dont think there is any difference, provided you take the dft of any signal for the appropriate number of points.
