Hi,

We are looking for an infrared LED with wavelength between 700-750nm. We will use this in a sensing device. It shouldn't be an SMD package, a stem-type LED would be ideal. We also require a forward current of around 100 mA for enough output power. Is there any model you are aware of and can you recommend any?

Thanks a lot,
Serhan

No, we need this for a functional near-infrared imaging (fNIR) device.

Thank you for the info. I contacted them, but their minimum order price is 1500 Euro + shipping to Turkey, which is overly expensive for our budget for this project. Is there any online electronic component shops you know where we can find such LEDs such as digikey, mouser (though I couldn't find such IR LEDs in neither of these sites)?
