1.0 OFFENSIVE POST AND UNLAWS
Don't post any abusive, racialist, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful,
threatening, sexually-orientated or any other materials that may violate any
applicable laws.
In the same contest, you're forbidden to publicate any sensible informations
about telecom and electronic transactions frauds, i.e. how to clone cards, as
they're penals crimes in most of countries.
2.0 UNUSEFUL POSTS AND FILES
While "thanks", "me too's" are strongly unwanted here on EDAboard, as they make
unreadable forum contents, you may manifest your gratitude using PM (Private
Message) or "Donate" points to the poster. Do not upload useless
files (search google and
forum before upload!)
3.0 UNWANTED TOPICS/POST
Off-topic, hammering, spamming and cross posts are strongly unwanted. They're an
unuseful load of EDAboard forum areas.
4.0 SERVICES MISUSE/ABUSE
Don't abuse or misuse of those particular services EDAboard make available to
improve the forum service itself. In particular, the "Report this post to a
moderator" must be used only in cases of violating contents posts.
5.0 PM - PRIVATE MESSAGE
The use of PM is strongly recomended, indeed encouraged. Use it for any
communication, advise, request not strictly related to the topics threads. Use
it to ask ftp links posters cannot or wouldn't make publics for security reasons.
Clean your PM boxes on a regular basis.
6.0 TRADE MARK PROTECTION AND UNLEGALS POSTS
Trade Marks are all the Software Houses and Legals Owners of programs
applications. Only Trade Marks have the right to copy and distibute freely their
applications. On EDAboard Forum areas are strictly forbidden and will
considered unlegal activities all the
posts including or attaching:
1. Cracks and/or Patches
2. Licenses
3. Keys and/or Keys generators
4. Serial numbers
5. Books (without author permission)
6. Links to full packages
7. And all illegal, copyrighted or pornographic files
All Trade Mark are protected on
EDAboard, and EDAboard itself will be not held responsible for user's
disregard of the above rules.
7.0 LEGALS POSTS
While EDAboard users must explicity agreed on above reported limitations (Chapter
6.0), all following posts are considered legals activities:
1. Shareware and Freeware applications
2. Demo
3. Any Technical question about application use
4. Skills
5. Auto-produced code, if applicable
6. Technicals Informations and books published by independents writers
7. And all is generally not covered by Trade Mark limitations.
While the administrators and moderators of this forum will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message. Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express the views and opinions of the author and not the administrators, moderators or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence will not be held liable.
