how to measure 0-8 microamps using ic???

hai,

please suggest to measure 0-8 microamps using a spi interfaced ics?? plz suggest ics
 

I don't know about an SPI one. The LT6107 can measure the current you require - I have used it down to a few tens of uA full scale. You could add an SPI ADC.
