How to add room to component in Orcad ?

HELP: ROOM in ORCAD

In a PCB design flow of Orcad and Alegro, how you can add room properity to component in Orcad schematic and transfer it to Allegro PCB design?

Launch OrCAD Capture, open the schematic, open the properties editor, select Cadence-Allegro filter, click "New Row" or "New Column" button (it depends on worksheet pivot), so add the property "ROOM".
