Hi friend
Just search datasheet in website ex. Farnell to get from it.
And then create footprint according to the spec given in mechanical drawing.
HERE SEE DATASHEET ATTACHMENT.
sOME ADVISE TO u:
STEPS TO CREATE IC QFN FOOTPRINT IN 99SE PROTEL LIBRARY.
1.OPEN A LIBRARY.
2.USE PROTEL LIBRARY WIZARDS TO HELP CREATING FOOTPRINT
3.NAME THE COMPONENT...
THEN GET INFO FROM THE DATASHEET...
4.DECIDE IN METRIC SYSTEM : milimeter(mm) or mil
5.PADS X,Y DIMENSION
6.PADS SHAPE:ROUND or RECTANGULAR
7.DISTANCE BETWEEN PAD TO PAD IN X,Y COORDINATION.
8.LAYOUT (TOP SILKSCREEN) TO THE IC DIMENSION
9.SAVE UR FOOTPRINT IN THE LIBRARY

Try the libraries of Protel99. If you won't find it, search the website of protel.
