I’ve made available a web application that can parse different Xilinx
reports: ReportXplorer
To get started with the app just click on the “Load Samples” button on
the left side of the main screen.

Here is a more complete user guide
The application might be useful for FPGA designers that spend a lot of
time reading and analyzing build reports. Me and my team have been
developing and actively using it for quite some time.
