development BOARD

Hello,

I am an ex-student ;) Industrial engineering (so now I am an Ing.)
I want to experiment with a development board that can be programmed in Java language, I don't have a big budget, does anyone can give me some advice for buying a experimental development board?

Greetings and thanks in advance.

Re: development BOARD

Dallas Semicondutor has a Tiny board which can be programmed in java
I have NO experiance with it so i don't know how good it is!!!

In the online shop it seems to be not too expensive

The socket board:
DSTINIS400
Price $35

The tiny evaluation module:
DSTINIM400
Price $67

Of course you also need shipping!

More information can be found on www.maxim-ic.com

But probably there are other development boards!
