Which emulation tool is suitable for simulating or emulating miltistage intercconection network; So don't be necessary to programm i;
 

Dear eriola, There are a lot of simulation tools. I think all of them need some manipulation and/or little programming.
You may start by OPNET or OMNET++ or NS2.
These are general simulation tools.
