I'm at the very least trying to find a list of components required for creating an RF micro-transmitter.

It must fit inside a pen. The inner diameter of the pen is 6 mm all the way through, and 6 inches long excluding the tip. Instead of holding a microphone or anything like that I just want it to send a brief peek signal picked up by a reciever on my laptop, so every time i hit the clicker the remote counter increases. I will pay $400 to the first person to fill me in on what I need to do.
