hello ,
can anybody tell me how to protected memory sector of memory AT25DF641 and is it necessary to unprotected sector before writing and reading from it??

read datasheet urself
for better knowledge

Thanks for your reply ,I have read the data sheet n done the programming.the code is working on proteus and giving the desire output,but it is not working on hardware.what could be the problem????
 

we people in eda don't know that what you've done in your project ,there can be hundreds possibilities of errors in any embedded project ,we only can help if you indicate the problem in any given sector
