i wan to know about illegle BP in program........... this Qn is arrised 4m my senior becoz of struck of program while pressing key for interfaced devices for HCS08 controller
 

Illegal break point.
Is it that they get during debugging the system using debugger.
They might have over ridden the pointer usage rules in that case. the pointer is directing the program to an illegal memory location where they have put a break point to debug the program.

maybe they are not good programmers, who are facing this problem or not familiar with the architecture of the IC they are using.

check if that is the scenerio faced by your seniors. is it the same condition that the program crash happens when they press key. what solution you want for it.
