I need to take a seminar on 3 dimensional IC.
Can someone suggest some good articles in this field?

Also, it will be grateful if I get some EDA tools in this domain.

A Wikipedia like overview is not what I am looking for, of course we get an introduction from it.
 

Ya I have googled it. But I dint get anything good related with EDA tools.
 

There are a lot of articles of 3D ICs on IEEEXplore, but i dont know if related to EDA tools...
