Hi All,

Can someone share any document about Burnin Testing ?

Can someone tell me during Burnin Test when running a high activity pattern for Burnin

1. What is the voltage kept--- is it high or low?

2. What is the Temperature kept --- is it high or low?

Thanks,

Ravi

Burnin is used to test if your circuit works at high temperature and high stress.

Vdd should be high, temperature is also high.

To be specific: if your process runs at 1.8V, burnin voltage may be 3V, and temperature usually is 125C. (normally testsing is done at 85C).

Burnin is basically degrading your circuit at an advanced rate. So you can see defects faster.
