I would not recomend you using a simple notch filter becouse it can degrade your signal. Is it jut a homemade project or a a real medical application project? Can you show your schematic here. Maybe your circuit can be improved with out a use of a notch filter as using the right DRL design (i am assuming you are using a DRL). And finally i would recomend you, if possible to implement the notch filter digitally. Any way, if is just a homemade project here is a basic design manual of filters provided by ti: https://focus.ti.com/lit/an/sloa093/sloa093.pdf
At the notch filter i would recomend you to change the R5 and R6 for a pot becouse they are used to tune the center frequency of the filter.
did you zero the op07's by shorting the in inputs and connect a pot to pins 1 and 8 to zero the opamp like on the spec sheet for the op07's h**p://www.ti.com/lit/ds/symlink/op07c.pdf
did you place a .1mf cap by each ic +v to ground, and to each ic -v to ground if dual voltage?
is it LNA118 did not see the part in digikey so I cant comment on the chip. what are you using for u1?
