plz help its urgent

I have bsim3V0 obtained from the following website:

http://ptm.asu.edu/

Here's the model file. I have modified the file to be compatible with PSPICE. If it is just for educational purpose, i think this model is good enough. For more details on how to convert the model file to PSPICE compatible you can refer here:

http://www.mosis.com/Faqs/pspice.pdf

Hope it helps. Good luck

Are you forced to use PSPice?
I suggest to try MICROCAP (spectrum-soft.com) which offers a free demo version.
This program contains a lot of different MOSFET models which you can select - including BSIM3.

Are you using ORCAD PSpice?

You can get MOSFETs in the 'Breakout.olb' library. E.g. for NMOS --> MBreakN, MBreakN3 etc.
