Linux programming at ARM9 - handling interrupts

Linux programming

I want to say that I have hardware ARM9 based and it is running Linux.

If that is the case for that I want to declare the interrupt?

How I declare the interrupt in user mode for any peripheral?..

If any one know this reply me...

You question isn't clear.

have to declare interrupt for ARM9. which is loaded by Linux OS.
Do you want to say that you hardware ARM9 based and it is running Linux.

If that is the case for what do you want to declare the interrupt?
