What's the difference of the SC-70 and SOT-23

Hi,
Would anyone pls. tell me the differency of the SC70 and thg SOT-23 package(They have the same pin number)? They can be replaced with each other?

But I checked the package diagram of them and found they have same package outline,include the pitch,size etc...

Maybe they have other Descranpancies?

Sorry, fredflinstone, I made a stupid mistake. It is SOT353 , not SOT-23. What I just want to know the defference between the SC70 and the SOT353.

Sorry for the mistake.
 

sot323 footprint sot23 footprint

SC and SOT are same type of packaging but the SC-70 is mach smaller than the SOT-23 packaging of the transistors.
