What's the difference of the SC-70 and SOT-23

Hi,
Would anyone pls. tell me the differency of the SC70 and thg SOT-23 package(They have the same pin number)? They can be replaced with each other?

Sorry, fredflinstone, I made a stupid mistake. It is SOT353 , not SOT-23. What I just want to know the defference between the SC70 and the SOT353.

Sorry for the mistake.

SC and SOT are same type of packaging but the SC-70 is mach smaller than the SOT-23 packaging of the transistors.
