How to make a robot which can read Braille ?

Thanks :)

I think braille script contains a combination of elevated dots. You can make a pad that has rows and columns of switches (very sensitive push button type) and this pad should be of the size of braille alphabet.Upon touching the alphabet the correct combination witches will get activated and you can work out the required logic to convert this to ordinary alphabet. This can be read into any memory or display.
