Can anyone tell me the delay of latchs when compare to flipflops?

Latches take fewer gates (also less power) to implement than flip-flops. so delay will be less.. Latches are faster than flip-flops.

But the disadvantage of latch is, they r sensitive to glitches on enable pin.
