could someone upload books/articles/links about MELP (2400 bps) and MELPe (1200 and 600 bps) vocoders?
Any help would be appreciated.

This one is MELPe 1200/2400 bps ref.code

"2400 bps only MELP"-code was there for years

But You should know that the MELPe source code is copyright protected.
Compandent is one of the Intellectual Property owners of MELPe.
So You aren't expected commercialize it.

Not Any but Some.

MELPe is available as object modules only and expensive. Not good for evaluation

Sorry to bring up this thread again. Does anyone has the MelpE 600bps source code?

Maybe you can construct a 600bps melpe if you know how to generate a 1200bps melpe from 2400bps.

You have it, project contains complete source code. Main module is sc1200.c
