Hi all,

Consider a simple inverter constructed with a pmos and a nmos transistor for exemple. I need materials/tuts regarding its caracterisation using eldo (or spectre for simulation) and Virtuoso. What are the test to do and what is the temperature interval to consider.

What is the target of this characterization ?
Is it just for verifying the inverter performance Or for generating lib file ?
