This circuit with 2 OP is known as a GIC. Its equivalent impedance between input node (where are connected R312 301 311 321)and gnd is: R312*R313*R315*C311*C312*s²

This means that one stage acts as:
R312*R313*R315*C311*C312*s²/(R311+R312*R313*R315*C311*C312*s²)
ie first come 2pole high pass filter starting form 0 ... until ω=R311/R312*R313*R315*C311*C312, when gain becomes 1
This characteristics is then passed to the next stage ...
