cadence transformer mind

I do not know how to simulate the transformer using the spiral inductors which designed with ASITIC.
Or, how to simulate the transformer(two coupled spiral inductors) using CADENCE dircetly.

Please help me, thank you !

how to simulate a transformer in cadence

You can use two simple inductors from the library and an extra component called "mind"...which stands for mutual inductance.

In the parameters of this component, you mention the two inductances which are to be coupled and also the coupling coefficient(k).

I hope this helps....
