Start with numerous application notes you get on web through google about PCB SI and transmission lines.

Try to get hold of 'High Speed Digital design, A Handbook of Black Magic' by Howard Johnson. I am not sure if an e-book is available but there is good stuff on Howard Johnson's site www.signalintegrity.com

See another similar post on the topic:

Use "signal integrity" as key words to search electroda/ebook upload&downad, you will find bunch of them.

Get hold of a copy of Hyperlynx software and use it to solve your SI problems. Contains a lot of useful information in the user guides.

'A Handbook of Black Magic' is the most classic book in this field. And many IC providers or EDA software companies have Application Paper or White paper about this.

i jush start to learn hyperlynx si tool tell me more about...

Another good resource on signal integrity, EMI and EMC is:

The web site has some good notes on how to avoid problems and is presented in a very practical manner.

Hope this helps!

Hi, guys:
I got not enough points yet to download an ebook.
"Signal Integrity Issues and PCB Design"
Does anyone can send me a copy directly to my Email box: lli@utstar.com
thanks a lot.

It is a lot of ebooks for SI, you can download from
EDA E-books Upload/Download (but it needs points0,
and you can download them from **broken link removed** (it is free),
good luck.

If you get on the Mentor Graphics website, you will find a wide selection of white papers from all the big names in SI that you can download in pdf form. There are papers on design technique (like differential pairs, controlled impedance and autorouting) and hardware like via types, material, DFM/DFT. You can create quite a nice library.

dougals brooks prefer,if u want that book ,i uploaded
