transformerless power supply

Hello.
I am looking a transformerless PSU circuit for 220 V AC.
There are a lot of circuits on the internet but some of them not very good.

I will use this PSU for LED lamp.

And calculations.How can I calculate the output voltage,current for one LED or five LED.

Thanks.

transformerless mobile charger

use the series capacitor with bridge and series resis.
if you can open the mobile charger you go every think behind it.
 

transformerless dangerous

its too dangerous 'couse there is no isolation.
to make a transformerless PS, it's necessary a cap, a resistor, a (or two) diode. you must connect them serially. the C, high voltage type, defines current you draw. the equation:

C=I/[2 x 3.14 x f x (220-V)]

here,
f: mains frequency (50 or 60 Hz)
3.14: Pi constant
220V: mains voltage (or 110V)
V: the voltage you get

in this way, you dont get more a few miliampers.
