Hello,
I am using c-switch.The Gate voltage is 1.8v and the input is varying from (1.6v-3.7v).It is giving me large leakage current in off state since vin exceed 1.8v ie gate voltage(contol voltage).please let me know some alternative of it.
I want to have switch which can function proper if it's control voltage is less than input.

Thanks

analog Switch

Hi

In this application you can not use a regular switch. You can use specific types of "Bootstrap switches" or "Clock booster applications". You can find examples in this year "JSSC Journal".

Re: analog Switch

in this paper, a bootstrap switch is presented, hope it can help

There is large distortion in your switch. because the input swing large than control voltage. the bootstrap switch you can reference.
