I don't know about the mp3 format of audio
how can i decode the mp3 or store audio in memory with mp3 format from custom
Digital and analog circuit
 

depends what you mean on custom digital/analog circuit (what ur asking is rather vague)

you can use a TI dsp. There are also commercial MP3 chips. Google ST013A. Or you can use a really fast microcontroller w/ A/D capabilities. The possibilities are endless
