Recommend sensors for interfacing with PC and LabJack module

For an educational project I am in need for easy to use sensors.

I would communicate by use of a LabJack module (https://www.labjack.com) to a PC and then write software in VB.NET or LabVIEW).

Anyone knows some nice sensors to interface?

The sensors must be easy to use!

Heat, Pressure, Temp,...

Please give me advice about manufacturers and type numbers.

1- remot addresable and setable
2-work in network

for temp. sensors -the best are ti/ns
for press. sensors - the best are freescale
for current sensors allegromicro
