hi,guys.

Could u tell me how to test ADC's parameter,and method is as simple as possible .
: SNR SFDR

Hi,
If u are lokking for hard-testing ,i.e., fabcricated chip measurement, can go thru the Testing Chapter of the following book.....

and this topic...

For testing at simulation level.....can go thru the following topics of "Analog Circuit Desin" forum....there are severeal other posts I guess on the same topic.....

-----------------------------------------
The thing is that...for frequency domain computation of SNDR....and SFDR ......u have to perform an fft on the output of the ADC code....u may convert the ADC code back to analog...by an ideal ADC.....from there .....u can compute......
for time domain computation of SNDR.....u have to perform the following operations....don't forget to take care of the process gain etc mentioned in Kester's book....given in the first link.....

determine error voltge : this includes quantisation noise + other noise + distortion
Qa = sig - op (say a sinusoid as signal = sig: op= analog equivalent of ADC output)
Qt = q/sqrt(12)

ENOB = N - log2(Qa / Qt)

gd luck
