I don't know of a manufacturer that supplies this tolerance. However, you can get resistor networks with a .01% resistance ratio tolerance. See, for example, the Vishay website.

The problem with ultra low tolerance resistors is that it takes very little temperature change in the local environment to shift it out of tolerance. A single degree change in the ambient temperature can drive you out of range. Having said this, here is a data sheet you might find useful.
Based on my knowledge, I really do not know why you need so accurate resistor, for what purpose. On the other hand, I sure that if there is that type of resistor, it must be very expensive, and hard to afford.
You may tell your application for that resistor, so we can find out the suitable solution.
