recommend document for newcomer in A/D converter??

i am a newcomer in a/d converter, could you recommends some documents in this area?

Read some book, and search paper from internet to read.
The better have a project
 

Razavi's book on data converter is good for beginner .

Hi,
I think Baker's book CMOS design,layout and simulation part 1 has couple of
chapters on Data converters. I found it to be very useful.
