Some layers' CAM file(.pho and .rep) couldn't generate

how to generate rep file

My top layer and bottomlayer's CAM file(.pho and .rep) couldn't generate,they used no problem before.
PADS report:" Maximum number of apertures exseeded"and stop export gerber file

when I check the target directory, there is only "xxxx.if" file.

why? how to deal with it ?

the problem disappear strangely ,I don't know why/how/when it disapear......
I don't know wether I should happly or unhappy.
if it apear again, I will try this method!Thanks!
 

Check the aperture wheel settings... The max number of apertures per wheel, defined for the bottom layer would have bee less than the actual number of apertures used by the bottom layer.;
