I am using PIC16F1708. I am using PORTC except LATC2 for 7 Segment Display. I am also using Internal OpAmp whose output pin is RC2. If I use OpAmp and then if I write something to LATC2 what will be the output at pin RC2 ? LATC2 value or OpAmp out value ?

Usually the peripheral takes control of the pin. But in this case the datasheet is very clear. Look at page 232 of this document: https://ww1.microchip.com/downloads/en/DeviceDoc/40001715D.pdf
