Hi

I need help and advice regarding how to secure that a plant is properly grounded. Where I live there are numerous pipes, tubes needed to be grounded, this due to risk of explosion if there are a discharge.
Are there any commercial systems that monito proper grounding, as it is now it is not grounded most of the time. Personell doing a repair do not attach cabling as supposed and if something happens there will be insurance problems.

If there are no commercial equipment I wonder if someone has help to give. The problem is that all equipment ends up as a giant meshnet.
The best would be some automatic indication that some part or area in the plant has a n grounding error but any advice where to start are welcome.

Thank you in advance

hi

the simple and effective solution is that there are kind of circiut breaker in market which detect the human body groud resistance and shut of the main supply they were installed on live wire, if some one gournded or any leakge to ground wire, it will trip the main supply and the level of sensitivity is adjust able

i have installed such breaker in office on my work bench to test medical equipment which come for repair in my lab, today i just test that when i short the live with ground wire it's trip
