hi.. every one..
actualy i am working on. spectrum sensing in cognitive radio..
and i want to plot pd vs pfa and improve snr.. in awgn channel..
can any one help me how to implement in matlab..?ya any one have some ref code?
i also trying but i am not getting perfact flow..


plz.. any one have a little bit idea plz.suggest me..

I have some knowledge in this area, but your question is very unclear. Start with Google, then maybe try asking a question here once you understand what you are trying to do.

i want to know. how i implement energy detection and matched filter technic of cognitive radio in matlab..

I am not an expert in cognitive radio, but have worked (and have a PhD) in related areas. I think you will get more help if you can ask more specific questions. If you can't, then I'm afraid you just have to do some reading. Try to find review papers that cover the main concepts concisely.

i have just rough idea for coding.
so i want to make my way clear for code.


ok// tell me how i defined signal in matlab. coz after that i have to take fft for geting in frequency domain.

You need to be more specific. The term "detection threshold" is extremely general and has many different meanings in different areas of signal processing. The word "detection" has many different meanings. Please give your exact definition of detection. A whole chapter of my PhD was related to detection thresholds, but it may be a different type to what you are interested in.

If you want help with Matlab code, please copy it into this thread and describe exactly what you are trying to do. I will then help you to get it right.
