best quick connector for sensors

Hello

I am building a temperature logger using thermistors. I used screw terminals the phoenix screw terminals to connect the two wires of each thermistor to the electronic board, but I would like to avoid to open the enclosure every time I need to substitute or just connect/disconnect one sensor. I would therefore prefer a series of connector on the enclosure itself which can be easily use to connect/disconnect each thermistor, e.g. banana jacks. I am having trouble to find out appropriate connectors with female plugs that would be screwed or somehow attached to the enclosure, do you have any suggestions about it? I tried Farnell and Molex web page but they have tons of wire to board or wire to wire connectors but couldn't find any "box to wire" connector. Something like the equivalent of these thermocouples connectors:

Why not use common 1/8" (3.5mm) headphone style plugs on the sensors and and jacks on the box? Compact, cheap, and they come in a few different configurations to support different number of conductors.
