Is this microcontroller pin open drain or push-pull?

Hello,

Is the PA20 and PA21 pins of the Atmel SAM3N00B microcontroller open drain outputs or push-pull?

I can't tell from page 8 of the datasheet (it seems to suggest that pull up resistors are needed to take the pins high?)......
