Question about a proper interdigitation layout

Hi all,

In my circuit i have A=16, B=16 want place it in interdigitation Layout

1)

BBAABBAABBAABBAAAABBAABBAABBAABB

2)

ABABABABABABABABABABABABABABABAB


Let me know in these which in more matching.....or both are same....?

i think both are ok but if it is a current mirror the first one allows you to share S and D diffusions and save area. In the 2nd case, it seems you have to draw each MOST in its own active
