How to define the layer stackup and what is test coupen.

Is there any web link on which i can find this information

you need to think about price and complexity of the board.less layer lower fee.

layer stackup can be defined depending on the desing complexity and thickness of the board .Test coupons are used for checking wheather we have achieved the required impedance.
