Hi,
You can use ports within a sheet for connectivity but i have question, why you want to connect using ports?.

Hi,
You can use ports within a sheet for connectivity but i have question, why you want to connect using ports?.

when using net alias even though it s connected i feel the wires are stranded. If i am using ports within my design i can easily view it. It is jus for the sake of readability and a feel of ease.

Thanks and Regards,
Iyan

Ports and Net lables , both are using for connection conectivity , not only with in the sheet it can connect multi sheets also, so no problem you can use any one.

Hi,

Actually We use ports for sheet to sheet connectivity

net labels for connectivity within a sheet and also this can also be used for sheet to sheet connectivity if we set net identifier scope as global.
