how to build a transformer 30V to 70V

hi guys
somone know how can i build a transformer 30V to 70V and from where can i get a core for the transformer??
 

It would help if you specified at least the frequency (range) and current requirements.

What is the application of the transformer?
 
the freq is 30,000 Hz
the current 10A

it's for a dc-dc converter
the Hate relationship is 1:2.33
