Need help on 0.35u bandgap reference design, vdd= 3.3V, max current 5uA!

Thank you, in advance.

what do you want to know. the architecture to choose highly depends on your specs.
how about your temperature range? about process and missmatch requirements?
do you have bipolar transistors avialable? or devices with different threshold voltages?

Temperature range -40-60 C, Supply Voltage 3.0V - 3.6V, output voltage ~1.2V (+/-0.5mV), all transistors are available.
Need to choose proper architecture.

Hello varakely,

It seems that you need a traditional topology, like the attached figures:

Regarding the impact of fabrication processes, you may need to trimming the output voltage. I hope it helps you.

Regards,

Hi,
I will tell that it's definitely impossible to have a bandgap with +/-0.5mV accuracy over PVT.
You need to review your requirement.

Yeap, you will definitely need trimming for that.. and then again it will be difficult.
