Help me, Altium Designer

When I place a new part, "Browse Libraries" dialog opens, but the tab name "Description" has been disappear, only "Component name" and "Library".

Please help me to turn it on.

you need to select the columns in the libraries panel first. In your case right click on the 'component name' and 'select columns'.
after that it will show the columns in the browser as well.
