Please give me some hints of poles and zeros identification from bode plot

I need to recognize poles and zeros from a test result (mag and phase to freq).
However all I know is about the typical and ideal case. Could anyone can give me some hints to recognize them from phase or mag. plot in complex scenario, such as with huge noise?

Thanks!

Sometimes Its very difficult to recognize in complex scenario. I think you can get idea of poles and zeros location with the help of magnitude and phase plot analysis together.
But I will suggest to understand ideal response for simple pole-zero combination.
